I have almost twenty years of experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Some of the therapy modalities I use include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Informed Care.
I practice a comprehensive, strength and solutions based approach. My experience includes working with child, adolescent and adult survivors of sexual abuse. I have a strong background working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and am able to tailor specific treatments to offer the most effective solutions possible.
