About
Hi, I'm Heather Emerich. I am a Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). My theory is you go to a specialist for medical care and deserve the same for your mental health. I have trained in anxiety and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I found that many clients with ADHD have suffered from anxiety at some point in their lives.
Everyone with AHDH understands the phrase the squirrel is real. Everything can be going simply fine, and the squirrel will hop on over to distract you or run off with something very important ( car keys, homework, etc.). I help individuals gain the skills they need to be able to handle all the ups and downs of ADHD.
Ready to tame the squirrel? I understand that playing phone tag is hard and adds stress to your life. I have it set up that you can schedule a consultation appointment online. You can always reach me by email and phone as well. I look forward to helping you on this journey of self-discovery and building new skills.
