Breaking Bread Meal Support Group
A weekly group designed to help you increase flexibility and freedom with food in a safe environment, alongside other people who get what you are going through. Breaking Bread offers a supported meal led by a therapist, as well as a group therapeutic activity and processing. This group is uniquely designed to give you extra support or to ease the transition when stepping down from more intensive treatment. All services are offered on a sliding scale (full rates range from $65-$120, depending on the group).

Bridge to Life Body Image Therapy Group
NOW OFFERING AN 8-WK TEEN GROUP! A weekly 90-minute group for adults 18+ who desire healing in their relationship with their bodies. The group is led from a body-acceptance, weight-inclusive perspective with the goal of moving toward living a more embodied life by processing topics like media and cultural norms, shame and self-compassion, mindfulness, diet culture, boundaries, relapse prevention, and more. This program is offered in person at our office, as well as virtually (for VA residents only). All services are offered on a sliding scale, starting at $75/session.

Faith Support Groups for Food & Body Issues
We believe that everyone deserves freedom with food and their bodies and that, for many, faith is the foundation for freedom. We offer nationwide faith support groups for deep healing and restoration, because we know that mental health and spiritual health can go hand-in-hand. All of our faith-based support groups are offered virtually - regardless of where you live - to individuals 14+. All groups are offered on a sliding scale, starting at around $65/month.
