Grit 2 Greatness Ease Anxiety, Thrive Academically
A group experience for teenagers focused on equipping them with practical strategies, skills, and a supportive environment to manage and overcome academic anxiety, foster resilience, and promote a positive approach to learning and personal development. Understanding Academic Anxiety, Reframing Beliefs about Academic Success, Relaxation and Mindfulness Strategies, Time Management Skills, Encouraging Open Communication about Academic Struggles, Self-Reflection, and Maintaining Healthy Habits. Virtual Group begins January 18th-February 28th (no meeting February 8th) Provided by Heather Chandler, LPC, CSC and Vervewell Therapy.
