I am so excited you've found your way to my corner of the internet. I'm Heather, a licensed professional counselor in the state of Maryland. I have over a decade of experience providing care to adults, teenagers, and children. I feel comfortable treating a range of issues including anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders as well as walking with people who are navigating difficult seasons of life.
