I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, providing mental health counseling to adult clients. In practice, I mainly work from the perspectives of TEAM-CBT, created by Dr. David Burns. I assist patients with changing the way they think so that they can change the way they feel. I utilize tools and techniques that can help patients to feel more joyful, relaxed, peaceful, empowered, and confident.
The type of therapy I provide is highly effective for motivated patients that are willing to work hard during and between sessions. Homework is a necessary part of effective treatment and a requirement for my patients.
