Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering in-person and online therapy in Colorado. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and work-related stress. Many of my clients are professionals seeking greater work-life balance while managing the demands of their careers, relationships, and family life. Even while doing “all the right things,” clients often feel overwhelmed or stuck and are looking for space to gain clarity and create meaningful change.
In our work together, we will focus on building practical coping skills, managing stress more effectively, and approaching life transitions with greater confidence. We will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop strategies to support emotional well-being, stronger relationships, and sustainable personal and professional growth.
