I consider it a privilege to get to help others in this therapeutic field. I enjoy using play therapy combined with equine therapy to help children relax, talk, and regulate. I have personal and professional experience helping individuals, couples, and families recognize when they are in abusive situations, how to heal, begin the process of recovery from them. I use a trauma informed approach, enjoy examining generational cycles, and your individual family systems to help bring awareness and healing to patterns that may not longer be serving you, your children, your family, or your businesses.
I enjoy helping children, teens, and adults using a combination of talk, play, or Equine Therapy. I have extensive personal & professional experience working with children using play therapy, teaching coping skills, and helping parents learn how to be the best parents they can be. A specialty area for me is family systems work.
