I have experience working with couples, teens, adults and families working through relationship issues, parenting concerns, stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I also offer premarital counseling.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Story Informed Trauma Therapy (SITT), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize a variety of therapy models based on each client's unique needs, personality, presenting problem and history.
