I believe that all people are good. However, attachment issues with early caregivers are common, and our naturally valuable states become blocked. Negative memories often become stuck in our nervous system, and relationship ruptures , occurring sometimes repeatedly during childhood, overtime will change the inherently good parts of us and mental health symptoms emerge. Emotional injurious patterns stemming from early familial dynamics are often replicated with the people we choose to be in relationships with, in an attempt to heal our inner wounds. Consequently, this colors the way we view ourselves, others, an the world around us..
I offer individual therapy, with specialties in anxiety and depression, substance abuse/dependencies, personality disorders, and those who have abuse histories. I also offer EMDR trauma processing for disturbing memories, and those stemming from relationship trauma, and developmental trauma; including specialty EMDR protocols for behavioral addictions.
Psychological testing is also offered including Intellectual testing, Learning/Behavioral Disorders of children and teens, and ADHD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Anxiety Disorder, and .
