Groups
Climate Support Group

I run small groups to address eco-anxiety using the heartsteading model. These groups are designed to relieve anxiety, grief, and despair due to the climate crisis through the act of witnessing. As pain is transformed through active listening and the group becomes greater than the sum of its parts, heartsteads can help transform climate despair into creativity and action. I try to make these groups as diverse as possible to create more opportunities to understand differences across generations, cultures, and socio-economic circumstances. Please contact me for more details.
