With over 20 years of experience treating children and young adults, I specialize in supporting those facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and learning differences. My approach integrates evidence-based strategies such as cognitive based therapy (CBT), mindfulness based tools, and, when appropriate, medication. As a physician, I am able to provide both talk-based support and pharmacologic treatment, offering a well-rounded and individualized approach to care.
In addition to working directly with young people, I offer guidance for parents and caregivers, including practical strategies for home and school,
support in navigating the educational system to access services and accommodations, and ongoing collaboration to ensure care is tailored to each stage of growth and development.
