Join me and jump in! My job is to guide and support you as you build a life worth living. I work with motivated individuals, couples, and families to go after their dreams, make life's difficult decisions, and move forward. I work with clients holistically and collaboratively. I believe that the core of therapy should be the relationship that we form during our work together. I will work hard to know and understand you. Using evidence-based techniques and therapies, I hope to help you make a difference in your life.
I am trained as a generalist and have extensive experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. I have particular interest and expertise in helping folks with concerns related to gender identity and sexual orientation, as well as anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.
I completed my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis. My Master's degree is in Community Counseling with a focus in Marriage Family Therapy and Holistic Health from WMU.
