I listen compassionately, so that you may be open & begin to see change in your life. I believe there is power in vulnerability. I work with a variety of concerns: anxiety and depression, religious and spiritual trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, perinatal mood disorders, menopause, and LGBTQIA issues. I love working with women and queer adults of all ages and stages! I really enjoy working with college and graduate students; it’s one of my favorite parts of living in a college town.
I provide individual counseling for adults. We will set goals at the beginning of therapy, and work toward achieving those goals together. Counseling can be relaxed and warm, and my aim is to provide comfort as we discuss things that may be uncomfortable. Let me help you on your journey.
