Life isn't easy. Maybe you feel a vague sense that something is not quite right. Or things might be so overwhelming that it feels like your inner world is collapsing and your external world is turned upside down. Perhaps from the outside things look ok, yet on the inside there is a deep pain, or you feel dead inside. Maybe you are living in the grips of what seems like an endless place of despair and trauma. It is possible to move past stuckness and the cycle of yuckyness to a place beyond survival that allows release, growth, joy and a sense of purpose.
The human spirit has a natural healing capacity, yet there are times we need support through the chaos and difficulties that cause us to feel messy, blah, or lost. Through therapy, pieces of our experiences are integrated, allowing the emergence of more energy, clarity, and a greater sense of connectedness to yourself and others.
Working together in a warm, down to earth way we will explore your inner world. I work with children using play therapy and teens and adults using a wide range of therapy modalities (ex talk therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy). I also offer Neuroptimal Neurofeedback. It's not easy to reach out, know you are not alone.
