About
It can be difficult to take that first step and reach out for help, but here you are. I am proud of you! Whichever path you are on in your life, you may have the desire to make positive changes but struggle to know how. I strive to use a holistic, individualized approach to help you discover ways to find resolutions within your life. I believe each individual has the power within themselves to heal and develop positive changes. You deserve to heal, to be heard, and understood. If you feel you are ready to begin your healing journey, don't hesitate to reach out. You are on the right path.
I am a trained Adoption Therapist and have experience working with a variety of adoption related issues. I strive to empower individuals who have experienced trauma and often use Brain Spotting or EMDR techniques to process trauma, decrease the trauma response, and begin to heal. I often use mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, adoption issues, and life changes. I previously worked at a adolescent residential center and have experience working with adolescents but also enjoy working with pre-teens and adults of all ages. Please contact me for more information or to set up an initial appointment.
