This self-journey will enlighten you to identify supports and resources, learn healthy coping skills and decrease defeating symptomatology in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment.
My decade of experience working at one of New Jersey's foremost residential facility's has given me the understanding that individualizing clients' needs and building a supportive therapeutic rapport are essential to client's progress and healing. I have helped many clients work through depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal conflicts, academic and social issues, trauma, communication/relationship building, ADD, safety issues/low self-esteem.
I have been working in mental health for over 15 years in residential, school-based, outpatient and community health settings. I utilize CBT, strength based, family systems and provide an eclectic therapeutic approach to helping clients work through life stresses and issues. No problem/goal is too big or small for therapy, I look forward to meeting you.
