I specialize in grief and perinatal loss, including fertility challenges, miscarriage, fetal diagnosis, stillbirth, adoption loss, premature birth, neonatal loss, and traumatic birth experiences. I am committed to helping people navigate grief not only as a painful experience, but also as a catalyst for transformation and deeper integration of self through bereavement. I also work with mothers and fathers experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety.
My work is informed by years as a hospice spiritual care and bereavement counselor, certification in perinatal mental health, and lived experience as a bereaved parent. I create an inclusive space grounded in deep listening and compassion, supporting individuals and families through the trauma and relational stress that can accompany pregnancy, birth, & loss
As an ordained Buddhist chaplain through the Upaya Zen Center, I integrate mindfulness and contemplative practices to support resilience, grief work, and life transitions. I also consider how social systems impact mental health. I keep a limited number of openings for adults navigating identity shifts, grief, and periods of change.
