If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or loss, you do not need to go through it alone. You deserve guidance, support, and comfort. I often work with people who are experiencing difficult emotions, sometimes connected to past events. I also help individuals who are struggling in their relationships or have experienced some kind of loss. Regardless of your circumstance, we will work together to find you a sense of relief.
While I support people of all backgrounds, I primarily work with the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether your gender or sexuality is a pressing concern or a background piece of information, as a queer therapist, I know how important it is (and how difficult it can be!) to find a therapist who is competent and affirming about these parts of our identity.
I provide telehealth services for clients who live in New York or Wisconsin, so we will not meet in a physical office. Please note that I do not participate with any insurance companies.
