I am a non-binary and queer therapist. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the mental health field for 10 years, with a specific focus on the LGBTQIA+ community for the past 4 years. I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, identity, sexuality and adjustment. I am also familiar and comfortable with working with those in non-traditional relationship types - non-monogamy (ENM, Polyamory, Swinging), BDSM/Kink, etc.
Therapy is what you make of it. It is not a quick fix, but rather a journey that’s guided by someone who is a neutral party, that you can trust and collaborate with to help reach your goals. We take for granted how important it is to feel seen, heard, safe and cared for.
