Courage! The first step in seeking counseling is having the courage to ask for help. Hi, my name is Heather, and welcome! I specialize in supporting individuals with a current or past history of trauma or abuse, significant depression and/or anxiety, complex relational bonds, challenging life transitions, or feeling that stress has hijacked their peace. As an integrative and experiential counselor, I offer traditional talk therapy plus focused healing techniques, approaches, and experiences as appropriate to reduce the negative impact of challenges on daily life limiting the ability to experience joy and calmness.
Healing is a unique and personalized process that does not adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach. Clients chose to work with me because I offer compassion in a safe supportive space where healing feels and becomes possible on their terms. Therapy is tailored to individual therapeutic goals and my approach is as unique as each client.
