Courage! The first step in seeking counseling is having the courage to ask for help. Hi, my name is Heather, and welcome! I specialize in supporting individuals with a current or past history of trauma or abuse, experiencing depression and/or anxiety, experiencing challenging relationship bonds, are in the midst of a life transition, or to learn effective healthy stress management skills. As an integrative and experiential counselor, I offer traditional talk therapy plus utilize techniques focused on healing through various modalities and experiences while based in a traditional counseling setting.
Healing is a unique and personalized process that does not adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach. Clients chose to work with me because I possess the skills to assist in achieving their therapeutic goals utilizing effective evidence based techniques tailored to each person's unique goals for sustained mental wellness.
