I know that first step toward change is the hardest. You are looking for someone who understands your experience and can help you to look within to find answers to questions you may not even know you have. It can be difficult to know what we are looking for in therapy, when we don't yet know what we need. I understand that your struggles are real and difficult, but you also have the strengths necessary to overcome them. My goal is to support you through that process as we navigate this path together, finding solutions within your own strengths.

I specialize in helping people to find better meaning and balance in their relationships and lives. Life is full, and therapy can help us examine what is important and meaningful in our lives, what could use improving, and then, how to get to where we want to be.

I enjoy engaging in individualized and creative approaches in therapy with all clients. Whether you are looking for a listening ear, or someone to help to direct you toward more creative methods of exploration, I am here to support you in whatever way you need to be supported.
