Heather is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, gender identity exploration, and women’s issues. She recognizes that emotional healing is deeply personal and approaches therapy with sensitivity to each patient’s lived experiences, strengths, and goals. Her work often integrates mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns in relationships and daily life.
