Hi, my name is Heather and I'm looking forward to working with you. I've worked in social services for 15 years; and as a therapist for the past 5 years. I'm currently offering six 1-hour sessions three nights a week that will include a diagnosis and be billable through insurance or as a cash pay client.
Additionally, I facilitate a "morning motivation" program with up to fifteen 1/2 hour slots available. They do not include a diagnosis or insurance they're cash only so you can determine the longevity of support according to your own goals.
Morning Motivation focuses on a variety of things including setting intentions, affirmations, habit tracking, and the like.
