Hello, I wish you the best on your wellness journey. I am a mental wellness focused counselor and believe in the mind, body, and spirit connection. As a TF CBT trained and systems trained therapist I use a person centered, solution focused, eclectic approach customized to match the needs of my clients. Everyday life can be challenging at times to say the least, when life throws unexpected circumstances our way it can be difficult to navigate the complex emotions that surface due to past family or relationship dynamics, past or current traumatic events and the depression, anxiety, and mixed emotions that come along with it.
I assist with finding the healing and empowerment needed to make the changes necessary to find wellness and joy. I am dedicated to helping you build the courage needed to motivate changes towards a life of fulfillment. I am passionate about assisting with navigating cross cultural issues, couple’s, family, women and young women and trauma survivors.
For anyone who would like help towards change and understanding themselves in order to live a better life, I’m here.
