I have worked in the mental health field for over 12 years in different capacities. I offer compassion and understanding. I am EMDR trained and I have worked with clients with a significant history of trauma.
I am a National Certified Counselor and a board certified tele-mental health provider. I am also a CSAT candidate working towards certification.
I always try to be open with my clients by allowing them space to be themselves, encouraging them to open up and assisting them in digging into what brought them to therapy in the first place.
