Hello, I'm a therapist at Rum River Counseling serving clients across Minnesota via teIehealth. I offer talk therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My style of connection is down-to earth, compassionate, humorous, and real. If you are new to therapy, have been in therapy a while, experiencing a life event, or trying to figure out why things are the way they are and how you can feel better, reach out and let's talk about it.
One of my specialties is trauma and I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I work with all types of people and the challenges they bring to therapy. I also have special interests in substance use/abuse, codependency, and women's health. I am LGBTQ+ allied, and work with first responders and veterans. If you have questions, send me a message.
