I love collaborting with adolescents, families, and individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and any other system adjustments. I support those who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. It is my goal to be able to assist through a trauma informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive approach by building trusting relationships, fostering resilience, and providing therapeutic and practical tools to promote healing, stability, and growth. I also specialize in working with families raising children with disabilities or chronic health conditions and complexities.
By creating and using a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach and utilizing my foundation as a recreation therapist, I will help facilitate a safe, supportive and creative space where clients feel heard and respected so that growth and healing can take place.
