Counselor, LMHC, LCMHC, NCC
She/Her/Hers
I believe therapy is a place for growth, a place for healing, a place for re-connecting. But, most importantly, a place for strengthening the potential we hold within; life happens, bumps get in the way, and sometimes we lose track of all that greatness. Therapy can help you reclaim it.
I am of the mindset that awareness is key, education is power, and mindfulness is the glue that keeps us present for it all. We just have to find the skills to keep the system working together. I strive to help every individual I encounter harness these skills. All awhile reminding you that you are in fact human, so when challenges persist, it's okay.
Most importantly, I know that no two people are the same. Your story is unique to you; you deserve care that is just as unique. It is my mission to make sure you feel heard for who you are, not for what a textbook says you are.
