I believe that healing from trauma is more than just a therapy modality. It takes time and it's scary. I want you to walk into my office, feel safe and learn culturally specific rooted coping skills. I want you to learn to love yourself, accept your body, and learn to nurture your needs in order to fully bloom.
My goal is creating a safe environment for you to process trauma, work towards reconnecting your mind, body and soul. I want you to flourish in society and be the best version of yourself that you've always been capable of being. It's been a hard few years and it's ok to need additional support. I'm here to help you plant your roots.
