I collaborate with you in uncovering the poetry held in the body/spirit/psyche. Tools we might explore include EMDR; neurogenic tremoring; yoga; breathwork; expressive arts; Alexander-Technique inspired, feminist, or internal family systems. Please Note - I do not work with substances of any kind.
I have over 25 years experience working with individuals in developmental transitions of many kinds, in arcs of 15weeks to 4 years. Currently being considered are boutique yoga intensive trainings or workshops; advanced breathwork; expressive voice release; trauma-informed /-sensitive care; somatic practices for practitioners and teachers; and integrating IFS into daily life. Prices and schedules will vary widely, from single drop-in workshops to 3-6 month subscription series.
