I enjoy working with children and families through the implementation of cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused discussions, and the development of accountable strategies. Anxiety, stress, and fatigue can also be closely related to physical health and dietary choices, allowing for an exploration of different, connected patterns.
A safe, nurturing, and positive environment where struggles are shared can ultimately lead to empowerment. My goal is to help clients attain a better understanding of their behavioral patterns so that positive and meaningful changes can be achieved through age-appropriate approaches, collaborative dialogue, and measurable goal-setting.
