Psychotherapy practice opened by a retired UW-Madison psychologist. Are you looking to enhance resilience and joy while reducing suffering related to adversities and mental health concerns? I provide integrative mental health services grounded in 20+ years of experience leading neuroscientific research and providing psychotherapy for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. I provide in-person psychotherapy in Madison WI. I also provide online telehealth services for residents of WI and all PsyPact participating states, which can be found with an internet search for "PsyPact map."

I am experienced with a wide variety of insight-oriented and cognitive behavioral therapies. I also specialize in mind-body approaches and mindfulness-based therapies. I bring my perspectives from neuroscience, and additionally from advanced studies in yoga, to provide holistic psychotherapy aimed at building resilience and vitality in the mind and body.
I would be delighted to explore the possibility of working together. My approach is both empathic and action-oriented, which supports short- and long-term changes. I work with adults of all ages. I am a culturally oriented therapist committed to doing anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ positive work. Daytime & some evening availability.
