Sometimes all we need is someone to provide a safe space for us to sit and share our burdens. Whether it's working through trauma or life stressors, managing anxiety, or battling depression I want to come along side you and support you in your journey to healing.
If you choose to allow me to be apart of your journey you will find that I utilize a collaborative approach. We will work together to develop your therapeutic goals considering the whole body (physical, emotional and spiritual). I find utilizing an attachment based, trauma informed approach to guide my clients toward a more integrated self is most helpful.
