We are made to be in relation with others. It is often the fear of being separated from others that can cause separation itself. If you believe that something just isn't working, perhaps your marriage, education, family, or peer support, I believe there is hope for improvement. I firmly believe that as interactive beings, if we change, those around us are affected. All actions have an equal and opposite reaction. We do not hold the cure for somebody else, but we each hold the ability to create change in our lives. I want to help ignite change.
Choosing a counselor can be a risky and scary step. You making the decision to ask for help is bravest decision you have made yet. I will honor and respect you and challenge you to do the same. My greatest gift to you, is helping you have a voice.
I have a heart for adolescent girls and women who struggle with self image and/or have experienced trauma. This also includes families affected by eating disorders. I have been honored to assist individuals and couples recovering from infidelity, sexual addictions, unplanned pregnancies, early childhood trauma, and anxiety.

Liz has an uncanny ability to sit at a child's level and give them the space they need to share their hurts. Her ability to build trust with children is amazing. In addition, Liz is gifted in working with parents in helping them understand their children better and work through the challenges of parenting. I strongly recommend Liz Gregory!

JoLee Scott has an amazing ability to offer support and insight into challenging relationships. I have had the opportunity to see JoLee in action and her warmth and support shine through with each client. I would highly recommend JoLee for survivors of narcissistic relationships; however, her skill in marriage and individual counseling are just as profound. You will not be disappointed to have JoLee with you on your journey.
