Hi there! My name is Heather, and I am a doctoral-level licensed marriage & family therapist licensed in CA, MI, PA, and CO. As a relationship-focused therapist, I am committed to helping couples, individuals, and families create strong, secure, and lasting connections in their relationships. I work with clients from an attachment-based lens and specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My work focuses on helping clients identify negative patterns of communication and learn to express emotions, attachment needs, and desires in ways that build secure connections. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
