I offer individualized sessions for clients who struggle with planning, prioritization, task initiation, time management, organization, and work completion. I help clients to become independent, accountable and confident achievers. I work with clients with autism, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. As an educational consultant, executive functioning coach, and health and wellness coach, I truly enjoy working with individuals at various levels to help them learn and develop in their surroundings.
I specialize in working with individuals with general executive function difficulties. Through executive functioning coaching, I create a blueprint for an individual's functional strengths and needs and put those plans into action. I focus on the mind and body as a whole and I incorporate physical wellness into each plan.
I focus on helping clients achieve success through teaching strategies such as good planning, effective and efficient techniques, and strong organizational skills. I work on increasing task initiation and decreasing procrastination. I help in building a goal-oriented approach to carry out an achievable plan.
