I have helped many people in my career who have struggled with anxiety, depression, family issues, self-esteem, loss/grief, abuse, and many other issues to find greater happiness, meaning and contentment in their lives. Patients will be valued, heard, and respected no matter how difficult the issues may. Therapy will feel like a collaborative emotional processing and problem-solving endeavor designed to lift burdens, negative thoughts and feelings. As a PhD Psychologist I have 4 more years of education and training compared to Master’s level therapists and as such I have more experience and expertise helping people.
I have 20+ years of doing individual, couples, and family therapy. I have seen a wide variety of clients with all types of issues. I provide a safe and comfortable place to process feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a non-judgmental setting. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, self-esteem, and family relationships.
I would be happy to provide any assistance I can to someone looking for a caring, gentle, respectful, and understanding person to talk to. I can also provide assessment and consultative services regarding diagnosis, medication needs, and other professional services (dietary, medical, employment, etc.). I currently have immediate openings.
