Groups
Inner Work Group
The Inner Work Group uses meditation and inquiry, combined with one-on-one work with Dale, group discussion and short talks by Dale, in order to help participants deepen their inner work. The group meets for three hours approximately every other week for three months, and the fee for this group is $300 or $350, depending on the number of group sessions. Sliding scale and/or work-study are available. There are local and Zoom groups that meet regularly. See https://awakentheheart.org/events/ for special one-time workshops and retreats.

Meditation/Discussion Group
We meditate on Zoom for two 25 minute periods with 5 minute breaks after each, followed by an hour open discussion. You can join the meditation at the beginning or at the 1/2 hour point, and can leave the discussion at any point that you need to. We meet from 4-6pm EST one Saturday and one Sunday each month. Participants are encouraged to gather together in groups for the meditation/discussion, if you live close to each other. Local people who do regular Heartwork with Dale are welcome to meet in my office. There is no fee for this Meditation/Discussion Group.

Inner Work Group
The Inner Work Group uses meditation and inquiry, combined with one-on-one work with Dale, group discussion and short talks by Dale, in order to help participants deepen their inner work. The group has been meeting now for many years, and there is a beautiful energy that has been created by the ongoing work that carries over from session to session. The group will meet for two hours approximately every other week at a mutually agreeable time, evenings and weekends. We usually have a topic of interest to all. The fee for the group is $50/session.
