An intensive allows us to move beyond surface-level coping into meaningful processing, stay with the work long enough for real integration, and creates measurable progress in a short, contained period of time.

I am out-of-network but can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Intensives are broken into 3 different sessions for 5 total hours - a 1-hour intake, 3 hours of intensive, and a 1-hour follow-up. It is $200 per hour so $1,000 total with a $500 deposit required to schedule.
