Hello there! My name is Miltonjha Grier (pronounced Mill-tawn-juh) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina with years of professional work experience. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Studies and Human Services from Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, NC (Go Rams!) and I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC (Go Golden Bulls).
I implement a variety of therapeutic interventions based on your specific needs but just to name a few, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I prefer to tailor the therapy modalities to your needs.
