I Utilize traditional/non-traditional therapies, providing a safe, stable and nurturing environment for my clients to explore the remotest areas of thought, emotion, memory, and dreams, toward a healthy relationship between the conscious and unconscious self. This relationship with the unconscious allows for healing, truth finding, meaning, balance, and joy in life. I embrace mind-body-spirit paradigm as a means to individuation and realized wholeness. Days and time will vary. 3-5 person requirement to establish a group. Currently no groups are active due to Covid Pandemic. Creative Recovery: A Therapeutic Process Group

Creative Recovery is a Therapeutic Process Group, whose primary purpose is to support those wanting to stay sober from addictive patterns of substance and process/relationships, find support for trauma and post trauma and to develop one's creative/imaginative faculties. We are guided by Julia Cameron's book, "The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity." We utilize an innovative eclectic approach to relapse prevention, though this group is NOT necessarily geared for the addict.
