I work with individuals, ages 18+ while utilizing different techniques that help clients address personal concerns and heal through their trauma. Concerns can be daily stressors and demands of family life, while others can stem from deeper wounds of generational trauma that leave you feeling stuck. Patiently and compassionately, together we’ll navigate those core wounds and negative thought patterns.
