I love my work now, as much as when I began 23 yrs ago. I've been deeply inspired by the transformation of my clients as well as my own lifelong journey of healing, & personal growth.
My training is eclectic, and holistic, and combines mindfulness based therapy, emdr, family systems, somatic, transpersonal, and cognitive therapy based modalities. I believe in a collaborative approach, and teach you to connect to your inner wisdom, so we can work together as a team to help you heal, grow, and experience more ease, well-being, and joy.
I have over 20 years experience treating relationship/attatchment issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, life transitions, grief, eating dissorders, & codependency, to name a few.
