I founded Heart & Mind Counseling Services with a goal to to guide my clients into meaningful and purposeful living, particularly in the areas of personal enrichment and emotional management.
I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help individuals recover from trauma. I use a transparent, relatable, and practical style of counseling, with various treatment techniques to meet the unique needs of my clients. I practice with a Christian perspective when requested.
My approach in therapy is collaborative, supportive and responsive to your specific needs and goals. I work with adolescents, and adults. I specialize in trauma, marriage/couples, Christian, and individual counseling.
