I work with teens and adult women who struggle with faith, shame, people-pleasing, negative beliefs, and/or the effects of trauma. I enjoy working with clients who want to grow in their faith while growing in their identity and purpose. Working with clients who want to connect their "mind" knowledge with their "heart" knowledge, healing the wounds caused by the past that affect our present is something I am passionate about.
I specialize in Christian integrated counseling with a trauma informed/trained background. I utilize different theories/approaches (such as EMDR, AEDP, CBT) in counseling to make sure I help all my clients with what they need most. I want to help clients identify the lies and negative beliefs that control them in order to find true freedom and healing.
