Hi there, I'm Kiasi Valentine. I deeply believe that many mental health challenges stem from toxic thinking, which can cloud our perspectives and affect our well-being. My ideal client is someone dealing with anxiety, relational issues, ADHD, lack of motivation or focus, and feeling stuck.
