Using a solution-focused model blended with other evidence-based and holistic modalities, with a focus on the here and now, you will learn the coping skills, tools, and resources so that you can graduate from therapy. I also offer therapeutic sound bowl music, hypnotherapy, brainspotting & guided meditations for mindfulness practices if desired.
