They need to know how to get through to the other side and that they are not alone in their journey. They need a clinical perspective and help developing a blue print for change. They want to live a life being more connected and more at peace.
Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, grief and loss and other therapeutic methods. I offer empathy and no judgement on each persons journey. Years of personnel experience with life transitions. My years of experience include issues of marriage, divorce, adoption and aging parents and dementia.
I named my practice Heart and Soul Therapy because I care deeply about the heart and soul of each person. I provide a caring, supportive, and encouraging environment to help clients reach their potential and implement solutions to their problems. We all have "our stories" and my personal and professional experience have given me an empathetic perspective.
