My mission is to provide a relaxing, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable processing your thoughts and emotions. I will partner with you in finding healthy solutions and assist you in developing plans to implement those solutions. It is my privilege to join you on your journey toward improved functioning, health and healing.
I have experience working with various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, behavioral problems, relationships/attachment, parenting, self-esteem and grief. I have worked in a variety of settings (outpatient, inpatient, day treatment, residential psych, school-based) with clients of all ages. I currently see children & adolescents only.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents, specifically those who have experienced trauma. I truly enjoy helping children and their families come together to learn ways to improve personal and family functioning and to restore overall mental health.
